What a great experience!! We have an older house which means discontinued or hard to find parts. So when our shower valve broke I prepared to have the water off for a couple of days while I tracked down parts and repair it. But thank God for I&R! I called around 530pm. They returned my call in 15 mins and was at my house 30 mins later. He made a few calls and was able to find the valve we needed (definitely not a HD/Lowes part). He had it installed and running by 9pm the same night. And at a great piece! I was expecting to pay twice as much for such fast, quality, after-hours service.

What a great experience, truly professional, very attention to detail oriented. With Southern California Edison turning off power frequently, we decided to get a generator to power the whole house. We are on propane so it seemed logical to use propane as the fuel source. They did a very clean job and we are extremely happy to not have to worry about fortune power outages.

He was absolutely wonderful. I was going to hire someone else and they ended up being a no show and I really needed this leak fixed and the next morning rich called me because Angie’s gives your info to recommend workers. So he let me know what my options were over the phone and saved me hundreds if I had hired someone else. He was very honest about what my options were and had no intentions on scamming anyone.
